Week 1 of Paleo was NOT a success...I am up 1.5# and I really ate very clean all week, with only very few exceptions...oh, and I did eat edamame (though cutting that out this week). UGH - so frustrated!

Thanks for stopping by my blog. I have printed out a few Paleo recipes but I'm trying to keep it simple getting started. Have you found some foods/recipes that are becoming your standard "go to" items?? I'll take any recommendations or hints you have!
