Starting Over
I lost 40 pounds. I thought that I could maintain. I couldn't. I gained 30 pounds back. Now I have to start all over. I have learned that to lose weight I have to make exercise and a healthy diet my number 1 priority. I am not as motivated to do this as I was back in 2009 when I lost the weight.

I am back on track and losing weight again. It is a constant struggle but I am working it.
