Road to 130 pounds.. it's a long journey

Hi everyone, my name is Linsday. I have over weight problem for years. After I gave birth to my 2nd child, my body is completely out of shape. I have tried lots different therapy and recommendations but they're all failed. It’s not easy to work this out on my own. I figure out that it might be helpful to find a group of people and work out together to achieve the goal.

My Goals:
lose weight, weight loss.. no other goals is prior to this one.

My Program:
Try to work out everyday for 1.5 hours by walking and pilates and control my diet to be as minimum as possible.

Personal Information:
I am a single mom with 2 kids. Currently live in Austin, TX.

I work as a sales clerk in the mall.

emoticon to the Moms on a Mission team! We are a small but very supportive team. While we can't claim to be experts at all this diet and exercise stuff, we do support each other. It's been really helpful to me.
