As far back as I remember I have been overweight. I have been relatively active most of my life, taking part in team sports from when I was 6 through college. Now in my mid twenties and off on my own, I have resolved to push forward to a HEALTHY BALANCE in my life. My goal is to stay active and get to a healthy weight, and a healthier me.
