I'm an stay at home mom with no kids (empty nest)...who has decided its time to focus on ME. I want to drop about 20 pounds and become fit,tone.

During this process I've learned that I'm a team eater i eat depending on the people around me. For years I've listen to people say you are so tiny you should eat more or they would say is that all you are eating. So from now I will eat when I am Hungry and i will stop when I say I have had enough.
