I can't believe I've ended up here again. When I first did Spark 3 years ago, I never thought I'd let the weight come back on. I am ready to recommit the time and effort I deserve and Sparkpeople.com was the first place I thought of. Here's to a round two knock out!

My Goals:
My goal is to feel confident and proud of myself. I don't want to feel like the "fat" mom or housewife who settles for being just that. I want to feel youthful and radiant again.

My Program:
I hope to get back into the rhythm of cardio 3-4 days a week and weight training 3 days a week.
