My one goal for 2012 is to try ONE new fruit or veggie a month that I've NEVER tried.. NO matter how weird it is.. :)
Here's my List:
January - Ugli Tangelo (really that's what it's called) --- Two Thumbs UP
February - Brustle Sprouts -- YUCKY for me anyways..
March - Mango - On the fence. It was quite Sour. not sure if it was "supposed" to be or not
April - Honey Pomelo Not too bad. I think it would be best eaten in a salade though May have gotten a dry one.
May - Salmon... I know it's not a fruit or vegetable but it's healthy and I tried it.. I liked it.. The fish hater Liked SOMETHING!!! lol
July - Couscous - (I know not a fruit or veggie.. but healthy non the less :)) Not too bad I don't think anyways.. I mixed it with veggies and could only make out the texture of it around the Broccoli.. haha
August - Spaghetti Squash..... LOVED it with marinara sauce.. YUM
