The DVD is beginner friendly, yes, but still challenging. As long as you're like Gab and I and simply stop when you can't do something, you'll be fine. It has a feature that lets you customize the workout, so you build on it. Another good, gentle one is Candlelight Yoga by Crunch. I'm not sure if that title is still available, but if so, nab it!
