I am here to put myself in control of healthy eating and living. My journey over time started with realizing the amount of junk we eat, even when we buy what is labeled as 'healthy' because it is packaged and processed. I made a commitment to change 3 things about the way I shop, buy and prepare food. And the gradual weight loss started. Now I am committing to taking control over my weight and fitness levels. Looking forward to a life-style challage and change! Get going, get living!

first focus is on nutrition and removing processed food as a 'staple'. Buying and preparing from fresh.

Hi - I'm Dianne,
married, grown stepdaughter and 3+ grandchildren.
Lived all my life in Minnesota. Loved the 4 seasons too, but have been vacationing a week in AZ the last few winters, and a change is sounding better and better.
Other Information:
I've never had a time in my life without dogs. I have been fortunate to know so many...pets, show and field trials, and now rescue...
Also love horses - had Tennessee Walkers for years, what a great trail horse they are. But that chapter in life is closed, unless I can find some PT work as a stable hand. :)
