My Goals:
I wanted to swim one mile--goal met.
Join USA Masters swimming.
Do USA open water training.
Jog/run after I lose at least 60 lbs.

My Program:
Trying to swim at least 2000 yds 3-4 times/wk. I am trying to use swimming and water aerobics to avoid stress on my joints and back.

Personal Information:
I am a married mother of two teenagers. One is at college, and one is still in high school. Still carpooling the youngest...
I participate in local church ministries/activities.
I work on the road full time. I typically drive 350-450 miles/wk for my work.
