My Goals:
In January, my goals were to lose 10 lbs. and to get more active. Three weeks ago I added the goal of completiing the C25K running program.
My Program:
By monitoring my daily nutrition and exercising at least twice a week I reached my original weight goal. To increase my activity level I am committed to completing the Couch Potato to 5K running program.
Personal Information:
I am a 55 year old married female. We have 2 grown daughters. I have been in the educational field for 32 years, and I'm currently a supervisor in a small school system.
