Thanks for all your lovely comments to my page and blogs. And Congratulations on reaching that 10-pound milestone! I reached 13 but have been wavering between 10-13 the past 2 weeks. Like your blog, I find it a big challenge to get in my exercise time when the weather is nasty. . . like this weekend. I badly need some exercise videos for those days. Just has not been a priority on my shoestring budget. I find for women especially the scale just does not tell the whole picture (hormonal cycles, water retention, etc.), but just to keep plugging away even in the plateaus is what's important in the long run. 2310 days ago
