Hi Sparkfriends - I started dieting last December and have lost over 70 lbs - am just about where I want to be. Now that I have lost the excess weight and know how to keep a healthy lifestyle, I will never, ever go back there. I have been doing an excellent job of maintaining and adding to my losses --- and enjoying a low-carb lifestyle (think chocolate raspberry cheesecake mousse :)

A few years ago my weight began to creep up. Around the same time, I began taking medications at the direction of my doctor and everything went downhill from there. When my weight hit 200 lbs. at the end of last year, I could no longer deny the awful truth-I had a terrible problem and my health was rapidly declining. I had already stopped the medications I had been taking for the last 5 years (weren't helping and contributed to weight gain) and started dieting. I have lost almost 60 lbs so far! I am absolutely thrilled and want to lose a little more :)

When I look in the mirror now, I can't even imagine being overweight. It's like I woke up from a very bad dream.

~Blessings~

Now I'm a little confused...should I stop walking or is it going to cause me to gain weight? At this point I am ready to stop walking to maximize my weight loss in P2. Is walking really considered "exercise?" I mean, I'm lifting weights or anything??

Thanks so much for all your input on my blogs. I am starting to think exercising may not be right for me on P2. Since I only have a week and a half to go, I think I might just skip it and see how my weight loss progresses. Once I'm on P3, I will head back to the gym.

Thanks again!

Thank you for the comment on my page. I am going to read through the protocol this weekend and order the stuff I need. I plan on doing drops since I wouldn't be comfortable with the injections.

Thank you again!

THANK you for the exact things to order!! I really appreciate it. This has been driving me crazy! :) I am trying to order from alldaychemist. It is asking for my doctor's name and number? Do I have to include? I heard about this from my obgyn and I don't have a primary doctor right now (I just dumped my dr as she and I were NOT getting along).
