Here I go again!

2012 Here I go again, again. This time is post car accident where I can barely walk. Hopefully I will regain my mobility but it is very slow. I'm also having back problems and pain is a great motivator. Follow my blog for details on this go round.

And 2010 is about to start and here I go again. MD reccomended I try a low glycemic index diet and that is where I'm at. Also have a Wii fit that I love. But still struggling!

This seems like a sane program. So I'll try this although I've been a failure at sticking to other programs. One of my motivating factors is that every time a non-chubby clothing catalogue comes in the house, my husband looks at the clothes and says "if you were only a size 18, the clothes I would buy you" (these catalogues cut out at a size 18). Well I plan to get down there and hold him to it! Evil grin!

OK so I tried WW then Nutrisystem and then spark. And all I lost was about 6 lbs. So now I'm trying optifast. I started 02/03/08 and lost 4 lbs the first week and have lost a little more this week but as it is only Wednesday I have to wait til Sat for my total. Anyone else have luck with optifast?

Hmm just read on "my team's" web site about doing goals in 10%.
So
260 -26 = 234
234 - 23.4 =210.6
210 - 21.06 = 188.94
188.94- 18.89 =170.05 Goal 1!

My Program:
1. Loose ten pounds.
2. Fit into a size 18 (now a 22).
3. Get down to 234
