The Last Journey
I joined Sparkpeople a few years ago and tried to lose weight...it didn't go so well. So, as usual, I gave up and gained it all back, plus more. This would be my life story. I have always been the chubby girl. Never quite small enough to share friends clothes, or to buy the cute stuff off the rack. Hating gym because of the way the shorts looked. I joined Sparkpeople a few years ago and tried to lose weight...it didn't go so well. So, as usual, I gave up and gained it all back, plus more. This would be my life story. I have always been the chubby girl. Never quite small enough to share friends clothes, or to buy the cute stuff off the rack. Hating gym because of the way the shorts looked. Always feeling inferior compared to my friends..they were all cute and skinny. I've struggled all my life, but have never had the discipline to follow through. I've done Formu-3 way back when and lost 50 pounds....I gained it back. I tried weight watchers and went to the spa with a girlfriend, faithfully...and lost another 50 pounds.....and gained it all back. I've tried every fad diet, diet pills, you name it and I've tried it. I've tried doing it on my own...I've tried doing it with friends....I've even tried to get my husband to hold me accountable. I've tried everything...except fully relying on no one but ME. It took me a really long time to finally figure out that if it's to be...IT IS UP TO ME! No one else, just me. I can let my friends help me, motivate me, love on me and push me. But no can hold me accountable, but me. No one can give me the mindset that I need to do this. I'm done screwing around..I am looking to change my life and take this journey for the last time!

My Program:
My Fitness Pal/1530 cals/1 multi grain per day/TONS of fruits, veggies, protein Exercise 4-5 times per week 8 glasses of water per day
Personal Information:
Pain is only temporary but quitting is forever. Success isn't how far you got, but the distance you traveled from where you started. It's not whether you get knocked down; it's whether you get up. Never, never, never, never give up. Rule your mind or it will rule you.
