On my way!!!!!! AGAIN!!!

*******update**** 5/12/10 --- arrrgh!!!!! I have gained all my weight back so here I go again. I have no one to blame but myself. It happened so fast... first I stopped eating as healthy.. but since I was still working out I was maintaining... then I got that birth control shot in dec and my eating healthy was a total thing of the past and working out was history too... I was so ashamed I refused to go back to my gym until today. I am starting all over again. And I plan to use sparkpeople ...

8-28-09 I have lost 42lbs since 3-22-09!!!!!! I am very happy about it... I have met some of my smaller goals and I see that I want to do more than just lose weight... I want to build muscle too!!!! So this is just the beginning!!!! I am reading Burn the Fat Build the Muscle and I plan to use this program to lose more body fat and build up my muscle!!!!

Hello SP ...my name is Andrietta and I am determined to become healthy and lose weight in the process. I have a beautiful daughter who is 6 and I want to be in her life as long as possible. My mother passed away at 41 due to health issues and I refuse to let that become me. This page is my accountability so I know where I have been, where I am and where I plan to be.

I am not big on losing my weight extremely fast because it didn't come on that way. I have never been skinny and I don't plan on it now. I just want to look good and feel great for me.

I work out at the gym 5 - 6 days a week. I do strength training everyday but I rotate body groups between upper and lower.

I follow the Weight Watchers Flex points plan...but I don't attend meetings. I have in the past but now I just get my support from elsewhere. The best thing about weight watchers to me is ... not giving up anything. This is a forever change and I don't want to feel like certain foods are forbidden.

1st goal: to lose 10% of starting weight -done!!

2nd goal to be at 185 by July 2009 - done!!!!!!!

3rd goal to be at 170 and in a size 12 by end of September

4th goal -- Body Fat must decrease!!!!!!!

To be one of the sexiest women ever!! ( a little vain I know but hey I tell myself this when I am working out!!!!!!!!)

Staying within my limits of calorie intake.

Following Weight Watchers points plan
Adding BFFM to the program getting in more protien!!!!

Exercise is a not an option ...I must exercise at least 5 days a week.

How are you doing? I tell ya... weight is something else, huh? I got down to 188lbs, never reached my goal, but to make a long story short, I've gained mine back too. I've been too chicken to get on the scale to see how much, but I know if I'm gonna do this again I will have too. My weight gain came from eating all the wrong things, trying all kinds of dietary supplements, and lack of exercise. Yes this is a struggle, but you know what, at least we both know where we went wrong and is making an effort to get it right. Hey we did it once and we both know it can be done again. Let's rely on SP to stay motivated and let's do what need to be done. I will be checking up on you. Until then...take care and drink your WATER!!!!!!!! emoticon
