    Hi, Heather! Thanks for stopping by my blog...I really need to update it BUT the program is still going well. I'm two weeks in and succeeding. Yesterday's run required an extra "push" because I'd done kickboxing just prior to the run and i was already beat, but I did it. It wasn't fast, but I stuck with it and got it done.

    I think I'm in a better headspace to stick with it this time. I've been a late bloomer on most types of fitness: strength training in my early 30s, cardio kickboxing and yoga in my mid-30s, martial arts at 36...and now, at 40, kettle bells and running! My karate master thinks I'm nuts, lol.

    hey thanks for writing back i was afraid you went MIA .... LOL !!!! so you have gone further than me I read the book and the cookbook but only did one day... I know that sounds really bad but the good news is I go the gym everyday and do cardio like a maniac and I also eat clean....(during the week iam awesome its the weekend that kills me..... This week I started doing weights and just like a begginner I really have alot to learn... My husband is into fitness and knows alot but that doesnt help me at all.... well so nice to hear from you... and I really want to be more consistant on that 5 factor fitness ......keep in touch ok...... emoticon
