Well first of all I am completely computer illiterate. So if you expect anything fancy on my page lol it isn't going to happen!!! Right now I'm basically just looking to stay in shape and keep motivated. Winter is the WORST cause I live in a FREAKING cold state...I have no motivation to go out and do anything when it is -35, so I am looking for other ways to stay active in these cold winter months. I would love to ski but ski's are not in my budget at the moment. Which is fine with me ...

Right now I'm basically just looking to stay in shape and keep motivated. Winter is the WORST cause I live in a FREAKING cold state...I have no motivation to go out and do anything when it is -35, so I am looking for other ways to stay active in these cold winter months. I would love to ski but ski's are not in my budget at the moment. Which is fine with me cause I like to be warm! I did finally get my treadmill working!! We moved and lost the little insert for it, so basically lol I folded up some paper and stuck some nails in it and it turns on! WOO. Umm I am not going to recommend anyone else do that cause I am pretty sure it isn't safe. But I am jogging again. A slow girly jog most days, but I am moving!

My Goals:
Lose about 20 pounds and KEEP IT OFF! Besides that I want to find a healthy way of life that I can live with. Not just a diet but something I can use for the rest of my life.
My Program:
I drink LOTS of water. Eat my fruits and veggies and try to do some sort of exercise everyday. I also try to join in team events. They are small but they keep me moving through the day. Every little bit helps. Weekends I try to get a little extra work outs in, but then again some weekends I just relax so I guess it evens out.
