Well first of all I am completely computer illiterate. So if you expect anything fancy on my page lol it isn't going to happen!!!
Right now I'm basically just looking to stay in shape and keep motivated. Winter is the WORST cause I live in a FREAKING cold state...I have no motivation to go out and do anything when it is -35, so I am looking for other ways to stay active in these cold winter months. I would love to ski but ski's are not in my budget at the moment. Which is fine with me ...

I did finally get my treadmill working!! We moved and lost the little insert for it, so basically lol I folded up some paper and stuck some nails in it and it turns on! WOO. Umm I am not going to recommend anyone else do that cause I am pretty sure it isn't safe. But I am jogging again. A slow girly jog most days, but I am moving!

My Goals:
Lose about 20 pounds and KEEP IT OFF!
Besides that I want to find a healthy way of life that I can live with. Not just a diet but something I can use for the rest of my life.

My Program:
I drink LOTS of water.
Eat my fruits and veggies and try to do some sort of exercise everyday.
I also try to join in team events. They are small but they keep me moving through the day. Every little bit helps. Weekends I try to get a little extra work outs in, but then again some weekends I just relax so I guess it evens out.

11 minute miles... my sis does about that, maybe 12 minutes, and I think she's right on target.... good job! I'd prob be more like 15 mintues or more, ha-ha! I've decided not to do the Bally's gym thing.... gyms can be so motivating and fun, but I'm gonna save the money and just go jogging with my hubby instead. He wants to get fit too and he'll be there too keep me safe... awww! :)
We've had some bad things happen around our area so we'll be moving to the country-side too (soon I hope, but may take some time)..... I grew up in a smaller town and I'd like to get back to something like that again. Where is it that you live... is it a small town country area or the outskirts of the city?
I know what you mean about having some overweight people in the family.... I've got quite a few and none of them really TRY to get themselves healthy. When I tried to diet in the past, that's when all the cookies & cakes were baked.... you know, the special ones made just for me..... Ha! Yes... sometimes I caved in... but for the most part I didn't.
Plans for the summer..... hmmmm, just to get out and have a LOT of fun!!! emoticon I want to make this summer different than the others... we normally get out and enjoy the weather a lot, but this time I want to cram the few months with lots of new things. Lol... just not sure what yet!! I'm in Oregon and the summer is usually in the 80-90's.... very enjoyable! How about you.... have any plans yet??? emoticon

We are doing great. lost 29lbs between the 2 of us & even Esty has started eating fruit & drinking water!!!
