    Thanks for your message.

I will be operated by a neurosurgeon. And he is very good (I work for the Hospital and did my homework). He also gave a fair chance to other non-surgical options as he considers surgery to be the last resort option (usually sign of a good surgeon).

Have you had lower back surgery yourself??

Those are some nice looking carboys you've got!

No knead bread, just mix flour, water, salt, and yeast in a bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Let sit on the counter for 24 hours. Pull it out of the bowl, form it into the shape you want (round if using a dutch oven), dust it with a bit of flour, and let it rise for 30-60 minutes. I formed mine on parchment paper now as it is easier to transfer. Heat over to 450 with either a dutch oven (with top) or pizza stone in it. Dutch oven will keep moisture inside while cooking. Pizza stone, you'll need to spritz it for the first few minutes or put a pan on a lower rack with some hot water in it. Give google a shot for the details.
