To STAY MOTIVATED I DO THIS ALL THE TIME::: 1) come in, read the posts, and do your postings 2) read, join any teams that you think you like, go to My Spark Points (click there) and spin the wheel, (that is where you go everyday to start with those points) 3) get it know the people and make new friendships 4) read some article.... (you make points reading these too) 5) most of all :: have fun and enjoy yourself

Hey, just checked out your page. I am thrilled to be here and see so many people that I can related to. I have been with my partner for about three years although I've known her for about thirteen years. We are raising my two children from a previous marriage and in the past three years I've gained about 90 lbs. I got happy, what can I say? I'm with somone who loves me and I love her. I need to lose about 150 lbs too. I hope you don't mind that I added you as a sparkfriend.
