    Hey, I ran across your spark page today and saw your message about a hike. I love to get outdoors with my 2 year old female coon hound, especially when hubby can watch the kids. If you know of a good spot to go and are willing let's do it. I live in Lemont.

    I really like my rebounder. I try to do it at least once a day first thing in the morning for about 10 min. That is the great part about it...you don't have to do it for long. Even 5 minutes gets you going for the day. If I can I do another 10 min at night. I find I have more energy throughout the day. I do more exercise than just rebounding but I would highly recommend adding it to your program.
