Me and my husband Matt back in March 08, we have lost about 10 lbs each since then.

Me at 133lbs age 31 and my son Adam, looking to get back to that

When I saw this pic, I knew I better start losing weight. This is at size 18 back in 2005

I have 4 pics in my gallery

Getting Fit and Healthy

I never needed to lose more than 10 lbs until my mid 30's. I got married, got a desk job and started eating more on the go and later. I love outdoor activity but hate the gym.

My Goals:
My goal is to start eating wisely and healthy. I would like to start with small goals, getting down to next smaller pant size for a start.

My Program:
I have started rebounding in the a.m and pm. I also am doing the health bounce whenever I break during the day from my computer.

Eating at home instead of out.

At least 8oz of water a day.

Personal Information:
Hello Everyone, my name is Jennifer and I live in the Downers Grove area in Illinois.

I pretty much work from home and love to do outdoorsy things.

Horsebackriding, hiking and geocaching is now my newest thing.

Post a comment on my SP if anyone would like to get together for a weekend hike with the dogs.

Hey, I ran across your spark page today and saw your message about a hike. I love to get outdoors with my 2 year old female coon hound, especially when hubby can watch the kids. If you know of a good spot to go and are willing let's do it. I live in Lemont.

I really like my rebounder. I try to do it at least once a day first thing in the morning for about 10 min. That is the great part about it...you don't have to do it for long. Even 5 minutes gets you going for the day. If I can I do another 10 min at night. I find I have more energy throughout the day. I do more exercise than just rebounding but I would highly recommend adding it to your program.

Good luck! Oh...and it's fun!
Nic
