My goal is to find food that I will eat for a lifetime without doubling the weight back.

I bought a treadmill last week and I have read the instructions...hehe

I am a recent graduate.

Other Information:
I am 45 and live in Oregon. I will be moving to the greater Portland area in a few months and will be looking forward to utlilizing more weight loss serivces such as public pools, weight rooms and such.
