My Goals:
My goal is to lose 5 lbs at a time in a safe and healthy manner until I get to my ultimate weight goal of 135 lbs . I want to change my entire lifestyle because I truly want to live well for the rest of my life.

My Program:
I'm keeping my calorie intake between 1200-1550 calories a day and making sure to eat nutrionally dense foods.

Exercise ~
My favorite exercise at the moment is Bikram Hot Yoga. It brings about such a clarity and peace of mind and makes me respect and love my body so much that I don't want to put a bunch of junk in my system!! Along with Bikram I am also doing other types of yoga, Turbo Jam and just basically trying to squeeze in any physical activity wherever I can in my day.

Hello! Yes, yesterday was Day 1 and I can barely walk! But they say the best thing to make your sore muscles feel better is to do the same thing that made them sore so I'm looking forward to my workout today for some RELIEF! Haha. No I didn't because I went to Target for a scale and left the store with a bunch of stuff I DON'T need and not a scale. Target does that to me. So I'll have to go back and get one. How's everything going???

Thank you!! I have been at a plateau for about 3 weeks and with the help of Gabbie and yard work over the weekend, I was able to bust thru it!!! emoticon
