Hello! Yes, yesterday was Day 1 and I can barely walk! But they say the best thing to make your sore muscles feel better is to do the same thing that made them sore so I'm looking forward to my workout today for some RELIEF! Haha. No I didn't because I went to Target for a scale and left the store with a bunch of stuff I DON'T need and not a scale. Target does that to me. So I'll have to go back and get one. How's everything going???
