GETTING BACK INTO SHAPE

I used to be in good shape. But due to taking care of my wife who has been ill for the last 7 years, And working two jobs to cover medical bills. I have had no time for me. Now that she is on the mend its time for me to take care of myself...I have already statred exercising again. I starterd on5/25/09 , I work out for about an hour and twenty min per day. I just want to feel good about me. I know it wont happen in a day,a week or even a year but I have to take control. I will work at it one ...

My Goals:
My goal is to get back to feeling good about myself. . I am just tired of looking in the mirror and not seeing what i should be. My goal is to work hard every day and make smart choices to what i eat. The other goal I have is to one day be able to teach a Taebo class on the beach every sat morning at sunrise. Free to all who want to join. but thats a ways away .......

My Program:
I started my program 3 weeks before joining spak.s.. this is how I did it, under 2000 calories a day, 5 small meals a day. 30-45 min cardio every day, weight training 5 times a week... I will succeed.... there is no stoping me.....

Todays been a great day, I've been good. Just trying to make sure that I play more than I work. Lol. Putting in a garden for spring, it kills 3 birds with one stone. I get exercise, a clean yard, and fresh veggies in one fell swoop. After a couple of months anyway. Now, I must go shop. Have a great day ttyl. emoticon

Hi, Just wanted to say thanks for your reply on the message boards, out of all the thousands of people on this site you and I are the only ones that ever have difficulty. We're either too honest oorrrr the only honest ones. What do you think? Anyway today I've done well; I just have to finish drinking my water and go exercise and get through dinner without cheating. It's a sinch I'll be back tomorrow whether I make it or not, I'll keep trying either way. emoticon Wish me luck! emoticon
