Hi! My name is Becky, and I am begnning my journey of getting fit. I am breaking my weight goals into sections so I can celebrate along the way. I recently completed a 4 Day mini-course on emotional eating. It was eye-opening and has tied personal growth into this journey as well. Since I've always made personal growth my goal, I see myself acheiving this goal once and for all. I am also doing a 7 Day course called How to Create a Weight Loss Mindset and a 31 Day 'course' Loving Yourself Thin. I believe these mental & emotional exercises combined with restricting my calories and increasing my lifestyle activity (I'm learning Surfing, just got Scuba certified, and am doing at least 10+ minutes of exercise daily) will heal these issues for good. I am determined to see this through to its completion.

My Goals:
Fitness Goals:
* Build up to 4 sets of Push-up Pops 3x a day
* Build up to 10min Wii Hula Hoop a day
* Walk at least 30min after dinner every day

Weight Goals:
* 7lbs lost by July 20, 2009
* 17lbs lost by Sept 1, 2009
* 37lbs lost by Nov 8, 2009

Mental/Emotional Goals:
* Love ALL of me regardless of weight
* Develop healthy relationship with food
* Heal issues that drive me to abuse food
* Maintain healthy lifestyle and choices even when schedule gets hectic or stress

Nutritional Goals:
* Keep net caloric intake below 1500
* Eat 5 - 6 small meals a day
* Take vitamins and herbs every day
* Drink my weight in ounces of water

I live in Raleigh, NC right now. We just sold our place and are looking to move to Wilmington by the end of August.
