My Goals:
* I will only weigh myself once a week.
* I will exercise at least 4 days a week, for at least 30 minutes each day.
* I will eat at least 1 fruit and at least 4 vegetable servings every day
* I will unwind every day (as in myofascial release).

Weight Goal:
* By August 20, 2015 - weigh between 157.4-197.4 pounds.
* Monthly weight loss goals: 5 - 8.3 pounds shed per month
* Reach my target weight of 160 by September 27, 2015 - my 40th Birthday, which I will celebrate at Walt Disney World with family and friends.

My Program:
I am using the Nutrition Tracker and Fitness Tracker regularly.

I'm participating more in SparkTeams for support, inspiration and motivation.

I'm doing various exercise DVDs (kickboxing, cardio dance). I enjoy power walking to some energetic tunes. I also enjoy the occasional aerobic dance class. I love swimming when I can find a pool. I also love kayaking, but I sadly only do it about once a year - I want to increase that.

I enjoy restorative yoga and want to fit it in more.

I practice almost daily self myofascial release, it's amazing!

Personal Information:
I'm single, 38, no children, no pets now (though I love them and had a dog for several years). I live in New York City.

I love to travel. I'd like to be more physically fit so I can be more active on vacations.

I love all things Disney. I like to scrapbook. I love almost all kinds of music.

Loved the phrase you used in your response to my "If I'd known..." blog... "vulnerability hangover". Perfect description, both for that, and for today's public "testimony" about my personal journey. I kept looking over from time to time at the Governor, and he seemed to remain interested in the story... and it was a very receptive audience... but about four hours later? Whew! Let the second guessing begin! Know what I mean?
