Challenging me

I joined Spark to loose weight and to meet others who are doing the same. I love animals and I am married to an amazing guy. I hope one day to have kids but for right now I just want to loose weight and feel better about myself. :)

Well its been a while since I have been on but I need to get back onto that weight loss train again. I did to extent gain alot of weight but thats because I had a baby.

My Goals:
I want to feel beautiful again. I want to have more energy for my son. And be the best wife possible for my husband.

My Program:
As of right now I do Zumba on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays and I do something called "your shape" on the other days of the week. I try to eat healthier without counting calories (I'll do that later)

Hey Drea! Thanks for the suggestion about the nutritionist. I don't think that's something I would be interested in, since I've taken nutrition classes, and know how food works in the body and what I should be eating. It's all about implementing what I know -- that's where I have a hard time. Also, since I live with my family, I don't really control what comes into the house food-wise, so it's a little harder in that sense. But thanks for the suggestion! I know seeing nutritionists can be very helpful. I appreciate the thought.

FYI, you rock! Keep up the great work! We all have set backs (I gained 10 pounds in the last 6 months :P). Just remember you are giving your body what it needs and soon it will be giving you what you want :)
