How are you doing, my friend? I survived Mom's memorial service. It was quite nice, actually. Hope all is well with you!

Thank you for the welcome to the Adult Orphans Team. I lost my parents quite awhile ago, so I hope I will be able to help others to deal with it one day at a time.

Just wanted to stop by and thank you for adding me to your friends' list; I also have added you to mine. This way, we'll easily be able to keep up with each other's progress.

Enjoy your cruise!

Kat

Oh, I forgot to comment about your "Adult Orphan Community Journal." Though no one else has posted anything on the thread as yet, let me encourage you to do some periodic postings. Don't get discouraged because there haven't been any posts to the thread as yet. A lot of times people, like me, don't even realize threads like yours are available. And, for new members, it may be several months before we catch on to how SP works. But, when there is a need, hopefully they find their way to your thread, or they'll have remembered seeing your thread and will go looking for it. There have been several of us SP members who have lost one or both of of our parents; I've read many comments from some who are hurting. I know there's a need for a thread of this sort. So, be patient and keep posting!

Kat
