Corn Salsa--My new favorite recipe:

package frozen corn drained
everything else cut into little bitty pieces
red pepper
yellow pepper
green pepper
videlia onion
jalopena
3 tomatos
cilantro
garlic salt
salt
pepper
sugar 3 tablespoons
Heinz salad vinegar 1/3 ...

Serve with baked chips, or over fish, on burritos, lots of possiblities

I have actually lost 15, but that is over a 8 month period, but i have kept 10 off permanently, wanting to lose 5 more!
