Losin' It!
I'm 31 and have struggled with weight and fitness for most of my adult life. I've never been obese but always seem to end up in that "a few extra pounds" category. Since I've hit my thirties though, I've found it's getting harder and harder to lose the extra weight and I hit a new weight 'high point'. I need to make a commitment to getting healthy and maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle.
