Tired of Being Tired!
I'm a single, 32 year old female and I've been overweight almost my entire life. My weight keeps me from participating in many social activities / events with others my age. I feel like I'm already a senior citizen!!! A friend recommended this site to me and I thought "What the heck? Might as well give it a shot!"

My Goals:
I acknowledge that my body is God's temple and I want it to be in the best shape possible for His use.
My Program:
I'm basically trying to follow the Michael Thurmond 6-Week Body Makeover Plan (with a few alterations) which has me eating 5-6 times a day, focusing on lots of lean protein, fresh fruits, & veggies and avoiding alot of pre-packaged foods.
Personal Information:
I was born & raised in Warren, OH, but I currently hail from the Fort Lauderdale, FL area. I'm a Christian believer and have been a member of Community Christian Church since June 2005, where I serve on the leadership teams for youth and young adults ministries. I work as an administrative assistant at a resource center for the developmentally disabled. It's an AWESOME work environment and I have the coolest boss ever!
