I want to rejuvenate my body. It's been over three years now since I had attained my goal and felt fantastic- I WANT TO GET BACK THERE!!! I've have taken the plunge and become a Beachbody coach (http://beachbodycoach.com/esuite/home/roc

I am finally beginning to see some small results-I plan to have them continue. My steps backward on occasion have little impact but what I think should be achievements have made little impact either. I've tried different daily caloric intake levels and none of them have seemed to do much weight wise. When I reduced my calories to 1200 a day I was just tired all of the time, I'm 5'7" and 1200 calories is too low for me-seems to be a very steep uphill battle but I'm not giving up!

No kidding?? I was born in Guelph - my parents got married while going to university there! Most people look at me like I am speaking a foreign language when I tell them where I was born. :) I still have quite a bit of family that lives in the Toronto area too.

Are you still working on your Zumba certification? I haven't tried classes but I have the game for the Wii and I love it!

I have been up and down too - don't be too hard on yourself. It looks like you have made a lot of acomplishments and there is always room for more. :)
