I want to be 150 lbs which is a 115 lb loss. I am setting smaller goals along the way to keep me motivated. And so that I don't see this 115 number and just give up. Current goal is under 200 lbs by Valentines Day.
Well at 5 months in my program has changed from where I started. Now I am doing a 45 minute Jillian Michael's Extreme Shed and Shred 5 days a week. And just joined a gym, plan on going 3 days a week.
