Moving Forward

I have had several people tell me this month how 30 was a better decade than 20. I guess I'll put that to the test over the next 10 years!

I reached my goal of losing 1/4 of the weight I wanted to lose!

In the past year I have:

- Graduated with a Master's degree
- Moved out of University
- Held a part-time job longer than a school semester
- Been inspired by amazing friends
- Been called an inspiration
- Lost 43 pounds!
...

My Goals:
A whole new wardrobe by September 13th, 2013!

Walk 100 miles between June 1st and August 31st!

Be healthy and fit enough to be a great leader at summer camp, July 19th - 24th!

Fit into a size XL by June 30, 2013 - - I fit but the shirt I chose for my goal is skin tight (plus had to wear a tank top under - turns out the lace is totally see through).

Running/Jogging by June 30, 2013 - - I can do a little (fear about the screw in my foot and general sabotage for fear of success are trying to hold me down).

Fit into a size L by July 31.

Run/Jog at least a mile at once by July 31, 2013.

Yes, now we're really friends! Because real life doesn't count. I keep telling myself, though, we really need to hang out. Maybe go for a walk somewhere? We can bring my dog! She's a good motivator.
