Positives for today: 1. My massage was a wonderful stress reliever. 2. I get to enjoy the next few days with my children. 3. I got back in the gym last night and pushed it when I wanted to stop ten minutes early.
Ok so I have been slacking on the positives.... 1. I went to the Y even though I didn't really want to. 2. I have wonderful friends and Spark Buddies. 3. Amanda got good news from her doctor today!!!!!
