Trying not to just 'lose' weight, but change lifestyle all together. Takes baby steps I'm sure, however, the idea is consistency.
Walk at least 3 times a week, 10-20 minutes. Stretch 2 days a week (yoga for beginners). Drinking plenty of water, eating better and avoiding SWEETS!
Cutting out coffee creamers. :0 Oh it is so rough to do. But, gotta do what I gotta do. Cutting back on my splenda blend intake, and going to switch just to straight up splenda. Avoiding after dinner sweets!
I was born and raised in Phx, AZ. However being a military wife of 13+ years, we move around a LOT. From West Coast to East Coast, overseas and back again. I have two daughters, ages 12 and 7. A few furbabies as well. I like to do my own gardening (veggies, fruits and herbs), crochet, read, and spend time with my family.
I love to read horror/fantasy. My favorite author is Sherilyn Kennyon. But I appreciate some classics like Jane Austen, Charles Dickens, etc. Movies, I'm a fanatic about action/suspense. I love to watch, Walking Dead, StrikeBike, SOA, and Ink Master - the few hours a week I actually watch tv. I also like to bake/cook as naturally as I can, and Clean Green.
