I'm trying to become a healthier, happier and more fit person. And I'm also trying to become a writer, Improve my craft/art and learn the business end of things. Strangely, these two goals seem to be at odds with each other. It seems that I can only focus on one thing at a time.

You asked when... I suppose after we've eaten salad for a looong time!

"Why can't I become addicted to SALAD?!?!?"
We may develop a dislike for all the other (processed) foods perhaps...

Thanks, very good idea to take the meal out of the freezer NOW. Just did it. It may not be defrosted at supper time but I could always heat it up. OR leave it and eat it tomorrow for lunch (it's a stew / soup sort of thing). At least this way I won't need to worry about a good healthy meal tonight. emoticon

Thank you for your comments. Glad you found the way to my blog!
I think this friend just doesn't realize that sugar too (beside gluten) is a trigger food. It was so sweet of her to adjust all her recipes to make a vegetarian gluten free meal.
This person has been at a good weight all of her life. She's very very picky and has peculiar eating habits. She just cannot understand a phenomenon like 'overeating' let alone 'bingeing'! She is also in great health at an advanced age!
