for a start ,I have never been thin, always fat, always chobby, till I hated myself and started to change
I tried ever diet available, high protein diet, high carbs diet, water diet all in vain
but recently I read Dr. Phil mcgraw book "the ultimate weight solution"
and I learned that what I should have done is changing my life style for good
And I did, by changing my food habits and exercising I lost over 80 pounds ( 40 kgs)
And now I live happily with high level of dignity and self confidence and a higher self esteem.
For all those who read my page , I want you to know that your body is your gift, It'll stay with you for the rest of your life so start the diet from the very moment you decided to.
start as soon as possible and never waste years of your life crying for what things have turned into.
Also never hate your body whatever you look like or how fat you're. the only one who hates you is you , and only you
add me as a friend of yours so we can motivate each other and help each other to break the fat code.
Get a better heathier leaner body full of energy and lide
I exercise cardio almost everyday
I hit the gym 4 times a week to build some muscle and burn the fat
in food, I depend on vegetables, greens, fruits to satisfy my hunger
As for carbohydrates I try to stay away from food of high glycaemic index.
For fat sources I use EVOO
Protein is a good friend of mine as I build muscles.
Finally I drink 12 cups of water daily.
That's pretty much my programs, it works like magic for me.
