My babies are in their 20's, so I've finally admitted the problem is mine. Trying to get off the cholesterol drugs, and get healthy for me! I was doing well (lost 37 pounds), then lost my job (a great source of exercise),plateaued and had dual bunion surgery. Gained back 20 pounds. Now I'm back on the horse. Found Sparkpeople a month ago, am logging every mouthful, went back to Curves, and I've lost 10 pounds. Clear the track---here I come!!!
