Hi! I am trying..............to eat better, excercise more, and lose some pounds. I want to be healthy and feel good in my own skin again. I know I can do it. It's just hard getting started and sticking with it.

My Goals:
Lose 60 pounds!!!! Trim my thighs & lose about 6 inches off my waist!







I want to like what I see in the mirror again.


My Program:
Walking 3-4 times a week about 2-3 miles.


some sort of aerobic at least 3 times a week.

Pilates/yoga 2-3 times a week.

WATER WATER WATER (this is really hard for me)







More fruits & veggies







Less bread!!!
