How awesome is it that my forgiven sins are whiter than snow?

When I travel with my Mom and sisters, we have pictures taken with all our new "friends."

I have 4 pics in my gallery

I am 61 years old, have 5 children and 16 grandchildren. (and anticipate #17 arriving in Sept.) I have struggled with health issues for over 20 years and spent a small fortune seeking answers. FInally, we discovered that the antibiotics I took over 50 years ago had killed off the good & bad bacteria in my gut and started a chain reaction: yeast overgrowth led to leaky gut syndrome which led to a low functioning immune system which led to the extreme allergies I experience. My lymphatic system, kidneys and liver couldn't handle the toxins and they began to be stored in fat cells. I have spent over 4 years getting healthy enough to detoxify and become well enough to start killing off the yeast. A year ago, I was so sick I thought I would be in assisted living before long. Yesterday, I went sledding with 9 of my grandchildren and didn't even get tired. I have lost 30 pounds; but want to lose 50 more. I am ready to take the next step to health and a more active lifestyle!
We raised our eldest grandson from the time he was barely 2 until he married last year. I enjoyed homeschooling him and still miss my "cooking partner." His wife likes coming home to dinner on the table though! He is an Emergency Medical Technician in our fire district.
My 85 year old Mother moved in with my husband and I in June of 2008. She is very frail and requires ful time care. I am no longer able to work out of the home fultime recruiting over the road truck drivers. (I miss helping drivers get home more, earn more money and get better benefits.)

From the time I was 12 until I was 18, I was molested by my father. I had a "victim" mentality for the next 10 years; then I learned in therapy that I was really a "survivor." It wasn't until I really thought about Joseph, who was sold by his brothers into slavery, that there was a better word for who I am. What Satan meant for evil, God has used for good. I am now an "overcomer" and no longer let what happened to me so many years ago stop me from seeking God's best for my life. I know He has a plan for me that includes a future and a hope!

Wanted to stop by and leave you a hug. I love the picture of the iguana, I own one! He is 12 years old and gets cranky when I come home late and he doesn't get his dinner on time.

Thank you for the encouragement about my son. I am also a believer, and I have spent a great deal of time praying for him.

Hello Angel,
I want to thank you for adding me to your personal friend list. Here are some fact about me... I have found that the neurologist just wants to feed me drugs and charge $600 per hour to do it!, My family physician buts her hands up in 'I do not know what you need!' My nutritionist is a godsend full of precious patients (ha-ha) and knowledge I am healing with and I love the results! I am not a Celiac but a true allergy/intolerance person. I am intolerant of all processed food, most common grains; wheat, corn, oats, rye, and barley and any manufactured chem made from these( carmel coloring, food starch, corn starch, malt, maltodextrin, MSG, most true sulfur-sulfite-sulfate( the list is available if you are curious). Citric acid is my pet research peeve. it is in everything like most canned or jar foods, dehydrated or boxed foods. It is even in lotion, soap, and shampoo! Finding what I need has me on a daily hunt and the results are still shocking to me! LOL emoticon
