My Program:
it used to be moving every day- even if just a little. Now its work out! everyday. I feel so much better when I'm physically active!

Thank you for commenting on my journal. You have given me something to think about. I agree posting food is a good thing to stay on track. Since knowing I eat well up till 3pm... I do need to focus on the rest of the day.. those bewitching hours after work.. emoticon
