I'm having to change this. I have gained over 15 pounds in the past year and I'm not happy about it! I want to lose those pounds, along with staying healthy. I want to be motivated to have a consistent exercise program and to eat balanced meals.
I just had to erase my comment about having reached my goal.. have got to reset. I plan on exercising on a regular basis so that I can lose the 15+ pounds I've put on. I also need to be careful about snacking in the evening. And I need to put more emphasis on including fruits and vegetables in my meals each and every day.
I did try to call but alas we were heading up to Ellsworth. I did stop in Belfast and met up with Merrilee at McDonalds it is an easy place to get in and out of. I will try again. Pat in Maine. take care Pat.
Hi there this makes three of us together on your page. I just could not think about blogging I did though because I had to tell people how I feel about it. As soon as i heard it I went to tell,l the neighbours I just had to share. HUGS Yes let's get together very soon. DH has been amazing , he did all of his exercises and the surgeon was amazed how well he did. In fact he was told he does not need therapy ho worked well enough on his own. Today we walked 1.5 miles for DH and I did 2 miles. I also washed floors and raked grass. HUGS '''LET"S GET TOGETHER SOON"
