Well, if you asked me a month or two ago if sugar was a food group I would have certainly agreed! It was one of my food groups, hehe! But yes, it was in the context of eliminating entire food groups. In that same thread, I also learned that eliminating grains is a DRASTIC step that should not be undertaken without the advice of a dietitian! emoticon

Thanks for that link to the online interval timer! Very handy...I did some crazy kettlebell intervals this morning and I thought I was going to die, or at least pass out! But just like you said, an hour later I was doing the dishes and thought I should have done one more round, LOL. Maybe next time, we'll see. I look forward to your upcoming blog on your sandbag...I don't know anything about sandbag exercises, so that should be great.
