Hey there! Good to hear from you! I just filled my box with soil and planted today. I'm keeping some design ideas for next time as I do this as I made a few mistakes! This was meant to be a temporary test run, anyway.

Hope you have been well!

Well, if you asked me a month or two ago if sugar was a food group I would have certainly agreed! It was one of my food groups, hehe! But yes, it was in the context of eliminating entire food groups. In that same thread, I also learned that eliminating grains is a DRASTIC step that should not be undertaken without the advice of a dietitian! emoticon

Cringed at putting those up, but I can still laugh at myself! I am a work in progress. I had not seen those before shots until today. HOLY CORTISOL!!

Hope you are having a wonderful day!

Thanks for that link to the online interval timer! Very handy...I did some crazy kettlebell intervals this morning and I thought I was going to die, or at least pass out! But just like you said, an hour later I was doing the dishes and thought I should have done one more round, LOL. Maybe next time, we'll see. I look forward to your upcoming blog on your sandbag...I don't know anything about sandbag exercises, so that should be great.

I love HIIT! I used to do it back when I was a total gym rat and saw great results then. I've discovered things in HIIT land have advanced while I've been away (10 yrs ago)! Well, I'm mostly excited over the fact that there is an interval timer one can purchase now, as that was always the biggest pain for me. What are your intervals like? Do you run, bike, do bodyweight exercises, weights, what? I'm always on the hunt for new ideas...
