Regarding your knee and hip issues, since you're just starting, definitely watch the first video that teaches you the proper techniques and maybe even do a few of them. Not sure if you have or , but if you have both you may want to substitute some of the workouts using the bands. Just listen to your body as you do the workouts, and adjust as you need to. You'll still get the benefits regardless of how you do them, and she always has someone who is using the bands and one who uses lighter weights, and in the other workouts a girl who does a modified version of them. I'm sure you'll do great!
