In need of motivation

I have been so out of touch with Sparkpeople, this is my first time back in over a year! Just joined SparkCoach, I have a real problem staying with eating healthy & exercising regularly! I love all the wonderful people on here & plan to stay on track this time!! Weekends & vacations really mess me up! This yr. I at least tried to exercise during vacations & did do some weekends! Getting better & am determined to make this the yr. of lifestyle changes that stick for good!! NOT DOING IT ALONE ...

emoticon to the May 2010 CLX Buddy Group! I saw your post and thought my reply might get lost so thought I'd reply here. Regarding your knee and hip issues, since you're just starting, definitely watch the first video that teaches you the proper techniques and maybe even do a few of them. Not sure if you have emoticon or emoticon , but if you have both you may want to substitute some of the workouts using the bands. Just listen to your body as you do the workouts, and adjust as you need to. You'll still get the benefits regardless of how you do them, and she always has someone who is using the bands and one who uses lighter weights, and in the other workouts a girl who does a modified version of them. I'm sure you'll do great!
