Thanks for the blog comment. I sure hope I can back that last weigh in up with another loss this week. Posting that loss has given me an increase in motivation, so hopefully I can keep the ball rolling for several weeks!

Thanks for the blog comment. I definitely notice the difference between good sleep and bad sleep. I am probably going to start taking vitamin D and fish oil (I believe I have some around here in the house), hopefully that will make some difference.

Also, I don't remember what my time in the 50m was, but I was mostly just jogging, it's not hard to stay ahead of a small 8 year old!

I didn't get a medal, but I should have! The kid I work with would only run the 50m if I was running with him!
