Feed yourself the love that you have for God and others, to yourself. Nourish your soul with foods that make you want to be happy. Don't put yourself, on the bottom of your list. Thanks for the comment on my blog post. I do try to be honest with my blog posts. I think it would be too easy to only post a blog when weight came off and when things were going well. Heck, I've seen plenty of people that did things that way and when times got hard and things didn't go their way, they were gone, off Spark, never to be heard from again. When I started here it was for the long haul so I figured if I'm going to blog, I should blog the good, the bad and the ugly!
