.I enjoy training my dogs for tricks Obedience and agility. I also am a dog trainer which keeps me busy and my meals off schedule which is my biggest problem of not eating often enough and getting over hungry.

I saw you comment on the Sweet Tooth Challenge about night cravings. I brush my teeth right after doing the dinner dishes. It has helped tremendously in dealing with cravings. Somehow my brain internalizes that eating is done for the night. Maybe give it a try to see if it helps you? Good luck!
