    Saw your post about running. In my opinion running is hard on the feet and knees and leads to stress injury. You should try the Step Away the Inches workout by Teressa Tapp. If you activate the muscles as she instructs while you are walking you will see the inches (not necessarily lbs) drop away. If you have a VHS she has that workout on sale for $5.00 while supplies last. If you have a DVD player the workout is $20.00. Her website is http://www.t-tapp.com
