March 2014.
With all my gain (lost weight) you would think the scale would co-operate and stay at my goal. Apparently my scale has no regard for past accomplishments.

Back to the grind stone. I have 40 pounds to loose.

March 10 - April 19 - DOWN 15 POUNDS Woo Hoooo!

I have Hypothyroidism and I am on a Gluten Free diet. Although I don't see MUCH difference being GF, it helps to cut out some unnecessary carbs that I would otherwise be tempted with. ...

I have Hypothyroidism and I am on a Gluten Free diet. Although I don't see MUCH difference being GF, it helps to cut out some unnecessary carbs that I would otherwise be tempted with. Besides. . . my wife is gluten intolerant and HAS to be gluten free, . . . so . . . why not both of us, . . . right?

When Percy "allowed" us to move into the house, we were all in the middle of reading the Percy Jackson series by Rick Riordan. His motor is so loud, he drowns out the tv, so my son insisted we name him Percy Purrsey.

With the books and movies being so popular, the name Percy is coming back in vogue!
